Caroline Risi, a seasoned entrepreneur, has a diverse background in various industries. Beginning with ventures in pizza shops and dry cleaning establishments, she transitioned to the real estate sector by starting with Re-Max in Oshawa during the late 1980s. After two years, she relocated to the National Capital Region, where she established her roots. Caroline's expertise in business, sales, and marketing flourished in the National Capital Region, notably during her tenure at Sage Homes and her involvement in sponsorship and tourism marketing for the Canadian Tulip Festival.
In 1994, Caroline embarked on an entrepreneurial journey, offering comprehensive business and marketing planning services, specializing in areas such as marketing strategies, crisis management, and product development. Her professional journey later led her to roles in broadcasting, newspapers, media, and general management within the hospitality industry. Returning to entrepreneurship with Media Maverix Marketing, Caroline collaborated with new home builders, real estate agents, and brokerages, providing tailored marketing solutions.
This diverse experience reignited Caroline's passion for real estate, prompting her to re-enter the industry where she feels most at home.

As the son of an retired Admiral who spent 38 years in the Canadian Navy, Keith has had the opportunity to travel and live in several areas across Canada and the U.S. from the East Coast to the West coast. Although born in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Keith considers Ottawa home now, as he moved back from Vancouver in 2001 and hasn't looked back since. Thanks to all he learned throughout the buying and selling of so many residential properties that his parents had acquired throughout the military years, Keith's fascination with Real Estate prompted him to make the jump from the banking world into the Real Estate World in the beginning of 2022.
